dear readers,
someone upload a good counting crows song. preferably from one of their first three albums, or a live/rare/unreleased track.
i’m in the mood for musical nostalgia, and don’t have access to my collection right now.
p.s. did anyone catch them on good morning america the other day? i did by chance, and it triggered memories of the times i used to actually mark their appearances on my calendar and set the vcr. haha. they, of course, will never be the same, but it’s still fun to catch a snippet of them here or there, on occasion, and be reminded of what they used to be. and what they used to mean to me.
Here’s a great one - the never recorded album-title track “August and Everything After”. The below is a live version recorded by Adam Duritz as an encore at a small live show on a piano.
