Front of the Pantheon - I was just here this summer. A truely impressive structure, especially considering the material and tools it was built with.
If you ever go, make sure to check out Raphael’s tomb inside.
Also interesting is that although the text reads “Built by Marcus Agrippa”, the magnificant stone building that stands today was actually built by Hadrian in 120 AD. Agrippa built the original Pantheon, a rectangular hut with a pitched roof, which burned in 80 AD.
